About Ranuka
My name is Ranuka Dharmasena. I am a current year 10 student at Brisbane State High School, who enjoys teaching and helping the youth. I do Specialist Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematical Methods, Engineering, and English. I have received straight A grades since year 8. I have experience working with younger students and have been involved in many leadership roles at my school such as Peer Supporter and Junior Leader.

About the lesson

During the first lesson, students will do a pretest for me to understand where they are with their current math level. From there, I work through a textbook and teach them through their weak points and help them thrive in their understanding. I have previously tutored for an engineering student in the grade below at my own school, and also a younger family friend. Although I have a year 9 student, my lessons are intended for students between 5-12.
