About Parawee
I am an Actuarial graduate with experience in teaching maths for at least 6 years. My degree focuses on statistics, calculus, and data analysis. I graduated as the top of my faculty. I have tutored maths in all levels: mainly for high school and university students but also some elementary students.
Results of my teaching
- Many students have turned to love learning maths
- A student who previously was behind in class got selected as a school representative in a maths competition
- A student decided to pursue an intensive math program after she successfully caught up with her class
- Many university students understood their course more in depth and passed their units with distinction

My teaching is flexible to students' goal. I can help students in catching up with class lessons, preparing for exams, and finding a passion for maths! I usually start by learning what the students need help with and teaching from the basics. The core of my teaching is in understanding rather than remembering, for example why equation X is selected in solving problem Y and how formulas are derived (if you understand how, you will rarely have to remember anything!).
