My support focuses on the student’s understanding of the topic first, and then on practicing how to apply their knowledge in exam questions - a key part of getting a good grade. The lessons are both for students needing to 'unblock' - catch up on some parts of the syllabus they missed or don't understand, as well as for someone who wants to 'sharpen up' - briefly revise and mainly practice exam questions. Together we can set up regular weekly lesson(s) (most frequent), but it is also possible to work on a more irregular/more intense schedule in preparation for a specific test. I aim to create a comfortable atmosphere during the lessons and above all I’m a constant positive motivator, having gone through the IB myself and understanding both its ups and downs. I did the IB myself a couple of years ago and I got 42 points overall, and 6 from Math HL.
