Methodology

My interactive approach to teaching makes lessons fun and interesting. Lesson plans would be adapted specifically to the learning needs of each student. To be effective in teaching English I use contemporary reading material to stimulate interest and promote accurate spoken English with oral discussions. I build confidence and enthusiasm by encouraging talking and sharing ideas.

 Coordinated and led a team of young teachers from around the world, many with English as a second language, that came to work for the winter season. Was successful in getting them to work together, sharing ideas and helping each other; ensured that staff were aware of their duties each day, that these duties were carried out and that they take the allocated breaks throughout the day; ensured on my days off that the Centre was organized for my staff.
