About Shrutika

I am a Professional Chess Player and an International Chess Coach. I have won around 100+ medals and certificates. My name has also been featured in the newspaper more than 100 times. I have a FIDE Elo of 1674. I have also taught many kids from various countries like India, US, UK, UAE, Singapore etc.

About the lesson

I am the Founder and CEO of Shrutika's Chess Academy. I have dedicated years to mastering the art of chess and honing my coaching skills. I possess a deep understanding of the game's intricacies and can effectively teach players of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. By analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, and playing styles, I tailor my coaching approach to suit each individual, empowering them to reach their full potential. Whether it's improving tactical awareness, developing strategic thinking, or enhancing decision-making abilities, I provide comprehensive training to help players excel in their chess journey. Here is an overview of my teaching methods :- 1) Start from the basics 2) Easy level puzzles followed by medium level 3) Various traps and basic strategies 4) Teaching about opening, middlegame, and endgame one by one. 5) Teaching notations 6) Providing regular tactics, game analysis in depth by tutor. 7) Basic notes provided for each concept. 8) Practice session for students. 9) Each session starts with a revision of concepts learned in the last session. *Please don't worry if your kid is a complete beginner. The course will start from basic to high level. Each and every small concept will be covered. Parents/Guardians will always be updated with the progress of the child. The class will be interesting, interactive for students so that they don't lose interest in the game. Doubts will be cleared outside the class hours also.
