About Tharindra
I am Tharindra Suraweera, a first-class graduate from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka followed by an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. I am ACMA and CGMA. I am a Chartered Management Global Accountant as well as an Associate member of CIMA, UK. My portfolio of qualifications is an optimum blend of academic and professional studies. My working experience also comprises a healthy combination of more than ten years of corporate experience in local and international establishments and more than five years of lecturing experience at the School of Business under the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Sri Lanka. This has strengthened the delivery of my lectures always with a practical approach.

I have done full-time lecturing, live, one-to-one as well as online lectures. I am capable of carrying my lessons in a hybrid method. My lessons are one to two hours usually. It could be a maximum of three hours if the topic requires. My teaching method includes continuous assessments and case studies for management subjects. I have 6 years’ experience as a full-time lecturer and one year experience as a visiting lecturer. I have delivered lectures to undergraduates and students who follow professional qualifications such as CA.
