About Shalima
I'm Dr. Shalima Sabu, a dedicated and results-driven medical professional with an MBBS degree (Class of Feb 2021) and over 5 years of hands-on clinical experience. I’ve worked across Internal Medicine, ICU care, and neurology, which has given me a strong foundation in diagnostics, patient care, and real-world medicine. I’ve also successfully completed the USMLE Step exams and am currently preparing for a residency in Internal Medicine in the United States. So, why do I teach? Because I know how hard it is to study medical subjects when they’re taught in a way that’s too complex or disconnected from clinical relevance. During my own journey, I realized that concept-based learning—with real-life examples—makes all the difference. That’s why I’m here: To make Anatomy, Pathophysiology, Microbiology, and Genetics engaging, practical, and easier to understand—whether you're preparing for exams, aiming for medical school, or just want a deeper grasp of the human body. Teaching allows me to share what I’ve learned, stay academically sharp, and help future healthcare professionals build confidence and clarity in their learning. It’s also part of my long-term mission to give back to the medical community and inspire future doctors and healthcare workers. Let’s make medicine meaningful—together.
