I am a Mechanical Engineer. I have worked in private entities, but later I found that teaching is the thing which I always want to do. Teaching has a lot of scope for innovation, and I adopt new methods and improvise to make things easy for interesting. I adopt interactive engaging teaching technique where students get engaged in the learning process instead of just passively listening to the teacher. I teach the basics and create questions based on basics to move to advanced level. Furthermore, I create some confusing questions during discussion to engage student's interest.
