I have 15 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer along with substitute teaching for kindergarten through 8th grade students in all subjects. I take pride in seeing others learn, not only how to solve the problems assigned, but learning the process for solving any problem.

My teaching approach to math is hands on and exploratory, trying different methods to determine which way is the best to learn for the student. My background education and career in Mechanical Engineering gives me practical experience with examples of how and why math is used in real life. My lessons can be for anyone in the K-8 grade range.
