About Dandy
I got a straight 50% in my first physics class, and my teachers would tell me that University is not an option, let alone engineering. I proved them wrong. I believe that no matter where you are in your learning stage, hard work and perseverance trump being smart.
Hard work, perseverance, and a growth mindset allowed me to work my way to becoming the Mechanical Engineer who graduated from Queens University.
My goal is to share my passion while teaching math and physics to high school students and inspire them to pursue a bright career in the STEM field.

The key to mastering math and physics concepts is understanding problems through meaningful problem-solving.
My typical lesson plan involves identifying the areas where students face the most challenges and then using sample problems to explain key concepts. These sample problems serve as practical tools to help students understand the concepts better.
Once the students understand the concepts through sample problems, I will provide another problem with similar puzzles and give them independence in solving it. The difficulty of the problem will increase until the students master the concept.
