About Isaac
The reason I like maths is because of the sense of achievement and confidence you get when you correctly answer a challenging question. As a tutor I want students to be able to obtain this feeling that will empower them to enjoy challenges in genral.
And as a mechanical engineer I have found that communication is one of the most important skills to collaborate with people and get results we want. With this experience and understanding I can tailor my service guide the student to obtain and enjoy the feeling of confidence and achievement.

Lesson normally starts with warm up on a topic the student was struggling with. Depending on the outcome of the warm up I either explain the mathematical concept or move on to more complex questions in the topic.
I like to use an interactive board to see the students thought process as they do their working and can question their logic to help them develop their problem solving skills.

have 3 years experience teaching A level and GCSE level maths and physics.
