About Murdoch
I'm a Mechanical Engineering student in Bristol, coming from Manchester. I've always had a deep-seated interest in engineering, computing and music, and use my spare time to play the electric guitar and water polo.
I'm also a bit of a bookworm, but I work in a bar as well as tutoring and studying so I'm always quite busy!

I'm very happy to teach at both GCSE and A-level standards, across all exam boards.
My usual process is to go through the spec for the required exam board in my own time, allowing me to source or prepare written material for the tutoring session. I'm happy to go from the beginning of a spec or to focus on areas specified by the student.
I like to teach with a shared online whiteboard, allowing both myself and the student to work on questions together. In my experience this is a more engaging and productive way of approaching questions.
I'm happy to teach anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour, as I've found this to be the most productive length of session.
