About Cynthia

Ms. Peinado is a Certified Medical Interpreter with over 25 years of experience in the hospital and healthcare field. She provides services via video, telephone, and onsite, with expertise in nonprofit organizations, coaching, language access services, risk and quality management, staff development, and customer relationship management.

Her career began as a community volunteer in a clinic serving low-income families. She has worked in various hospital units, including NICU, Pediatrics, ICU, ER, and Mental Health. Her dedication to integrating provider services and enhancing patient care quality has led her to roles in risk management, patient advocacy, and staff training.

Ms. Peinado is actively involved in volunteer work and serves as a Committee Member, Board Member, and Ambassador for several community service organizations.

She holds numerous certifications and qualifications, including:

About the lesson
