About Hoi Lyn
I am a 3rd year medical student currently studying at IMU. I am very passionate about biology and health sciences, I find the human body amazing and this is why I decided to pursue medicine!
I acquired A2 in Biology UECs and I have consistently good results in medical school. I do not have formal experience in teaching but I have been tutoring peers/juniors since high school.

I understand that Biology can be a daunting subject due to the immense amount of information to remember. At times, Biology can even seem uninteresting because it is hard to visualise.
I'm not here to teach you how to memorise facts for your exam. Instead, I focus on explaining the concepts and relaying it in a fun way so that it's easier to retain!
My teaching is based on your syllabus and tailored to your level of understanding. At the start of each lesson, I will assess your understanding of the particular topic and we will go on from there :)
I can include videos/visual aids to help you retain the knowledge, according to your preferred method of learning. I believe that learning is not "one size fits all" and everyone can achieve good grades with the right method!
