About Maddy
I’m a fourth-year medical student at UC Davis. I am interested in cardiothoracic surgery. I’m the first in my family to go to college so it’s been a long and tough road to get where I am today. I went to UCLA for my undergrad degree in biology. At UCLA I worked as an EMT. After UCLA I got a master's degree at Stanford University in comparative medicine. I’ve been at UC Davis now for 4 years and I am about to graduate and become a doctor. In my free time I love to run, bike, climb, ski and paddleboard! I have two cats named Bean and Bowie who I love very much!
