About Gouri Vijay
I am a medical student currently doing 3rd year MD medicine program in Tbilisi, Georgia. I don't have any experience in giving tuitions buy in Georgia, I live alone and have learned to make many varieties of dishes. Now I can confidently say that I can cook food without even a help from internet.

My teacher Method is by giving PDFs and videos of cooking. In PDFs I'll mention all the ingredients and steps (including the quantity of ingredients and the time taken for a specific step) required for making a dish. I even provide some cooking tips and my signature dishes and techniques.
