About Yuxing
I'm Yuxing, a current Graduate Entry Medicine student at the University of Nottingham, training to become a doctor. I previously graduated from UCL with a bachelor's in Natural Sciences (Biomedicine and Organic Chemistry). I am very passionate about helping students achieve their best and the goals they have set for themselves, enabling them to boost their confidence in education. A little bit of background about me, I was born in China and then moved to the UK when I was younger so I was mostly raised here. I am fluent in both English and Chinese. Typically the classes will be tailored to your need at your current level and we will work through topics of the subject that you struggle with. The classes will contain elements which help you learn the way you find most suitable and is the best approach. The lessons are about helping you address areas you would like to focus on and will be very personalised. The typical length of a lesson will be around an hour as I found this time frame is the best suitable to balance between engagement and productivity. I have had 5+ years of experience, working with students in primary and secondary level education, aiming to sit their 11+ and GCSEs respectively. Lessons are for KS2, KS3, and GCSE students of mixed abilities. I am able to teach maths, biology or chemistry.
