About Aisha
Hi,
I am a current medical student at UCLan and I teach Maths and Science to students anywhere between KS3 and A-levels. I have received all A's in my A-level qualifications and an A* on Maths, but I am also proficient in Arabic and Turkish and have had experience teaching them to children and adults alike. I believe that my experiences so far and overall attitude towards teaching would make me a great tutor for you.

I have been tutoring kids for the past three years now and in that time I have found that I excel at making up or pointing out 'shortcuts' to problems or finding inventive ways to rephrase questions that may seem daunting at first, but with a little bit of tweaking become immensely more manageable. My students loved having a way of 'cheating' the system and it really boosted their confidence in terms of tackling problems head on. I truly believe that in order to teach someone a subject, it takes more than just telling them how to do it, but that it is also about changing the persons attitude towards learning and making it enjoyable to the extent that they would want to push and challenge themselves; and I believe I can bring those things to the table.
