About Katanaka

I am passionate about tutoring because I am able to support students with different needs based off my past experience. I would like to use my knowledge to help other students achieve their goals as well through my services. I believe sharing my knowledge with others could be beneficial to them as well but also make me proud and happy to help them succeed and have a chance to pursue dream courses or careers later in life.

With my services, I believe I will impact different students in a way and strive with them to attain the grades they want.

I offer online sessions that run between 1 and 2 hours. During the sessions, I explain and go through different exam techniques for the topic or subject being learnt. For psychology, I also provide sample essays, guide you through essay writing and structuring as well as making essay plans targeting A01, A02 and A03.
For all my subjects, I also encourage my students to ask any questions they have come across and I offer help and guidance or an explanation on how to approach it.

For the medical interview preparation, I offer tips and guidance on how to feel confident and comfortable when faced with a series of different questions. From my experience, I can also host mock interviews with constructive feedback and topics to look more into.

I am currently in first year Medical school so my interview experience is very recent and relatable to the current styles and topics. Furthermore, I have been tutoring for 2 years now so I have experience with different students and study formats.
