About Favour
I am a medical student at the University of Birmingham. I am also an athlete (I play basketball and netball), a baker and a steel pan tenor player. I enjoy teaching as I am very passionate about my subjects and as a product of tutoring, I remember what it was like to be confused at the start and how beneficial it was to me. I hope to make as much of a positive impact in my student’s lives as permitted.

My lessons are for pupils working towards their GCSEs or A-Levels. My lessons are typically an hour long. I have been a tutor for a year. I like to work on topics chosen by the students and teach the content then focus on applying the knowledge to some exam-style questions to replicate their exams. I hope to use some of my past experiences both as a tutor and a trustee to help my student approve and achieve their personal goals. I aim to personalise my teaching depending on the student I have as I recognise that everyone has different abilities and different ways they prefer learning.
