About Rishitha

I am a 2025 Year 12 graduate currently studying Medicine at James Cook University, Townsville, and hold a QLD Blue Card.

During my own schooling journey, I learned what it truly takes to understand concepts and excel in them. But let's face it, sometimes schoolwork can feel confusing, fast-paced or just plain stressful. My tutoring approach is:

Personalised and focused on building strong foundations so learning feels manageable rather than intimidating. From a young age, I developed strong habits and strategies that helped me achieve beyond expectations. I strive to create a supportive environment where students have clarity and a genuine "can-do" attitude toward challenging topics.

In addition, I offer guidance and tutoring for medical school interviews, helping aspiring students prepare themselves with confidence to achieve their goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each student, helping them build confidence and capability. I structure sessions to progress at a comfortable pace, breaking concepts into simple steps and practising together until everything clicks.

I tutor primary students and Years 7–10 in maths and science, as well as senior Physics and Literature (including essay & creative writing), using the knowledge and skills I developed through strong Year 12 results. Having achieved full marks in most of my school assignments/PSMT, I am happy to use them as exemplars and provide guidance in understanding the QCAA marking criteria.

Each lesson includes targeted practice, guided problem-solving and techniques to help students retain and apply what they've learned. I also offer optional notes, worksheets and slideshows.
