About Lasitha
I am a Medical student with a one year of Bio-medicine experience. I have tutored privately for about three years now and is searching for new students who need my help and guidance. I love tutoring and sharing my knowledge with Primary and Secondary school children, who aspire to grow academically and intellectually. I have also been in many classrooms, in the presence of many teachers, lectures, Doctors, Professors and countless tutors. I have observed the way they provide and share information in a way that the student understands. Such exposure, I believe, has given me insight as to what makes a tutor good. I thoroughly enjoy learning and helping others is a passion for me. Therefore I deeply enjoy tutoring as well as meeting new people through the experience.

I have taught a variety of students in my time as a tutor and what this has taught me is that every student is different. I structure my lessons for each individual because that is a necessity as no two students are the same. I believe communication between the student and tutor is key for the student to acquire the most out of their tutor. Therefore throughout my lessons I strive to achieve a level of comfort between the student and I, where the student feels its okay to make mistakes and ask questions when needed. I am just a friendly face who is eager to help out students who want to achieve higher, academically, so that they can go further in life later on.
