Sitting in my first university anatomy lecture, I realized that biological systems are simply complex puzzles waiting to be solved. This realization pushed me toward my current role as a Doctor of Medicine Candidate at the University of Queensland. I work primarily with A-level, pre-med, and AP Biology students who need to master everything from mitosis and meiosis to genetics and inheritance. Helping adult learners and high schoolers navigate homeostasis and ecology is a natural fit for my background.
I bring a clinical perspective to biological drawing and lab report writing, ensuring that my students understand the 'why' behind the 'what'. My experience allows me to offer specific guidance on the circulatory system and immunology basics that are vital for pre-med success. I find that most students simply need a tactical strategy to bridge the gap between their current knowledge and the high standards of medical school entry.
