About Akshima
I am currently a second year medicine student at Christ Church, Oxford. I was also offered a place at Imperial College of London, University of Leicester and University of East Anglia (achieved 4 out of 4 medicine offers). I achieved a BMAT score of 5.9, 7.7 and 3.5A, and a UCAT of 2850. I also have experience of the traditional interview format and of MMI interviews too.

In my lessons, I aim to provide students looking to apply to Oxford for medicine guidance on tips and tricks I used to help make my application successful. We will discuss a plan for the summer to increase relevant medical knowledge; improve admission test scores; and work on interview technique and content to be prepared for admissions process in new academic year. I am also able to help students looking to apply to other medical schools as well, having received all 4 of my medicine offers and having interview practice at both traditional and MMI-style interviews.
Having been through the process recently myself, I understand how daunting it may be and I wish to make the process as smooth and simple, allowing students to make their strongest possible application.
