I'm an author, transformational coach and online entrepreneur in the fields of transformational education, personal growth and wellbeing. I'm practicing meditation for three years and I have in depth experience with meditation, conscious relaxation and mindfulness. I teach for one year.

I believe that all our struggles in life stem from insufficient awareness and scattered attention and so my teachings are based on expanding awareness and centring attention.
I teach mantra and breath meditation, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Depending on your level of awareness I offer classes for beginners and for those willing to take their practice to a new level.
In my class you’ll
- learn how to shift the way you react to, and feed your worries and fears
- shift your attention towards aspects that you’re able to influence and learn to engage consciously the present moment
- learn how to step down from your mind into your body
- learn simple breathing exercises that will help you ease anxiety
- find the meditative technique that is tailored to your needs and level of awareness
- learn to integrate meditation and relaxation into your lifestyle
