About Manisha
I am Manisha.
I was born in the capital of yoga, in the lap of the Himalayas, beside the sacred Ganga.
Born into a Brahmin family where meditation and wisdom have always flowed like breath itself.
I studied yoga at the esteemed SVYASA University, Bangalore,
deepening the ancient knowledge that was already alive in my blood.
Sometimes I feel I am among the chosen ones —
chosen to carry this light,
chosen to share the peace I was born into,
chosen to guide the world back to its true self through meditation and yoga.
This is not just my practice.
It is my soul’s purpose.
I am here to serve, to heal, and to awaken.
