I have been cooking for over 35 years, for friends, family and total strangers, in High-end restaurants, hotels and people's homes. Professionally qualified with 8 years professional background in commercial catering, and after a hiatus now returning to the field.

Formally trained with City and Guilds qualifications in both "Basic Catering" and then "Catering for the Food Industry".
Also, I have worked under many notable chefs, in their high-end often Michelin rated restaurants in the UK, for most of the 90s.
