About Joseph
Java and Python development form the core of my technical repertoire, yet I frequently assist intermediate learners and professionals in refining their approach to algorithms. Starting from a foundation of 3 years in fintech, I find that clean code practices and version control are often the missing links for students.
My transition to tutoring allows me to share the discipline required for competitive programming and consistent problem solving. Working with individuals who are currently struggling to grasp fundamentals remains a primary focus of my practice. Having mentored students through the rigors of Year 12, I understand the pressure involved in preparing for university degrees at UNSW, Melbourne, or ANU. The 4 years of experience I have accumulated inform my ability to identify bottlenecks in logic before they become habits.
