About Ilaria
I am a Melbourne University Honours graduate in Ancient World Studies. Consistently achieving since VCE (90+ ATAR), finishing Honours with a First Class score.
Both during and after my degree I have additionally gained real-world experience in archaeology, utilizing my Ancient World Studies knowledge to its full capacity.
Moreover, during my undergraduate study, I majored in Art History alongside Ancient World Studies- with institutional experience of museums and galleries.
I firmly believe in the capability of all students from all walks of life to achieve their dreams through academic success.

My teaching method is based on my own experience in overcoming adversity and achieving academic success through finding motivation. As such, my lessons focus on 'pep talk'-type speeches to spark courage and enthusiasm.
I am aware of each student having an individual learning style and will listen and mold my lessons to fit whatever seems most appropriate. However, one must learn to walk before being able to run: accordingly, each of my lessons are connected in a logical 'start-to-finish' flow- connecting the dots together as we go to create a cohesive picture of the whole.
