About Serena
Have you ever wondered why your voice sounds different when you sing than when you speak? My teaching style reflects a tradition-rooted approach gained over 11 years of experience in Australia. With a Diploma of Music from JMC Academy, I have supported 261 students in finding their unique resonance. I prioritize a kind and articulate environment where you feel safe to explore your range.
It is satisfying to witness the moment someone discovers their own head and chest voice. I spend my free time singing in Spanish to keep my own practice sharp.

Many vocalists hold tension in their throat that stops their sound from flowing naturally. You start by standing tall and focusing on the core of your breath. We use warm up exercises to prepare your muscles for the work ahead.
I guide you through specific techniques to build vibrato control and ensure you can project with ease. Confidence takes time to build. We treat performance confidence as a skill you can practice. Are you ready to see what your voice can do?
