My methodology is quite flexible to adjust students necessities and to make sure they are improving as much as they can. The main topics go around, team work, floor work, body strength, physical agility, creativity and improvisation. The general focus of my classes is to create confidence between the students and movement, allowing them to realize how movement is a natural thing in our bodies.
