About Ayelet
I grow up in the north of Israel and went to high school for artists at the age of 13.
I am no chef but a visual artist / designer / installation artist go cook &teacher
My grandmother was a professional ,talented and intuitive chef she gave me tendency toward trusting my instincts and experimenting, my mother gave me the methodical and the fondness for fundamental skills such as Bread and Cheese making.

If We are making Ephemeral Installation or Baklava .
If you are finishing the workshop with a lantern for the parade or with the knowledge of how to make Haloumi and a pleasantly fall stomach, If it’s hard work we are doing it wrong .
I can do and did private lessons, but most of my teaching in the past were in groups of around eight.
This is my preferred number of participant in a hands-on workshop so I can give you the personal attention you deserve.
In a much bigger group I prefer to have assistant.
Most of my students in the past were adults but, I have run both art and cooking classes for youngsters.
Depend on age and the nature of the class assistance might be required .
Determined by what we aim for-
Classes are normally 2 1/2 to 4 hours long
Cooking classes ends with a meal together.

Prices varies depending on -
If you come to me for casual lesson in my kitchen one on one - then it is $30 an hour.
Which is the same price for my prep time per hour if apply.
It is $60 an hour for a Group session .
Travel expenses only apply if you ask me to travel a considerable distance for a short lesson .
