About Saleena
I have worked in education for almost ten years. I have been known to form positive relationships with students of all ages and support their personal and educational goals. When I first started working in education, I started in administration and quickly learned I wanted to be in the classroom. During Covid, I was part of the support team that went to our academies and assisted anywhere that was needed. I went back to school soon after for my MS in Science Education.

I have experience providing one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction for elementary, middle, and high school students. A typical lesson plan would start with the direct instruction. The student can stop me and ask questions at any time. For math, I would work through some problems making sure the student is engaged and ensure the student can work through the problems without assistance.
