I create a space for personal, professional or organizational growth based on Mindfulness. I organize individual sessions based on personal and professional circumstances. I also organize courses and workshops with several sessions to achieve certain objectives such as promoting emotional balance, calm and well-being. Improve stress management, frustration and adaptation to changes, to achieve greater empathy and resilience, among many other benefits.
