About Thaiba
I am focused on providing friendly, reliable, and personalized support to O/L students studying Business and Commerce. As a university student specializing in Management Information Systems and Business Analysis, with ACCA studies providing additional knowledge in business and accounting, I bring both academic understanding and a practical approach to my lessons.
I understand that every student has a different learning style and pace. My aim is to create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions, clarify difficult concepts, and build confidence without feeling pressured.
Lessons are carefully prepared and focused on genuine understanding, exam preparation, and applying knowledge to past-paper and exam-style questions. I am committed to being patient, organized, and supportive throughout the learning process.

My approach as a tutor
As a tutor, my goal is to make Business and Commerce simple, practical, and less intimidating. I believe students learn best when they understand why something works rather than simply memorizing definitions.
My teaching approach is student-focused and exam-oriented. I adjust each lesson according to the student's current knowledge, strengths, and areas that need improvement. I use simple explanations, real-life business examples, diagrams, discussions, and past-paper questions to help students understand and apply concepts.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of the previous topic, followed by an introduction to the new concept. I then explain the topic step-by-step using practical examples before working through questions together. We finish with exam-style questions and a short recap to make sure the student is confident with what they have learned.
What sets me apart is my focus on making lessons comfortable and interactive. I understand that every student learns differently, so I encourage questions and don't expect students to understand everything immediately. I also focus on exam technique, answering structure, and applying knowledge to questions, rather than just covering the syllabus.
My lessons are primarily for O/L students studying Business and Commerce, including students who are looking to strengthen their understanding, improve their grades, prepare for exams, or get additional support with difficult topics.
