About Karla
Having completed a rigorous coursework in biology, math, physics, chemistry, and computer science, I am confident in my abilities to teach these subjects to those interested.
In the past, I have tutored high schools students in mathematics, provided college counseling to high school upperclassmen, led summer engineering programs as camp counselor, and mentored students from middle school to college.
I have also volunteered as a college admission interviewer and was admitted to top colleges for undergrad and grad.
I am currently an MIT PhD student researching the immune system through computational and experimental methods.
