About Roxanne
In the past, I have tutored students in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Spanish at Battle Abbey School helping them to fulfil their potential and excel in their GCSE exams. I have also had tutoring experience teaching English and Spanish in Madrid, at a school called 'Colegio JOYFE'. Furthermore, I am a Modern Languages student (specializing in Spanish and Italian) at the University of Durham and am currently undertaking my year abroad, having recently returned from Italy where I was studying at the University of Pisa. After a rigorous interview process, I was successful in obtaining the job of English Language Assistant in Argentina for the British Council and is a testament to my tutoring ability. On top of this, I have a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate.

I would say that I am organized, friendly and love helping students improve across various subjects. I will help students to improve through learning their strengths and weaknesses in the subject. I am passionate in the subjects I am tutoring and hopefully this will come across through the tutoring sessions. Since I have recently taken my GCSE and A level exams, I feel that I am a good candidate as I understand what the examiners are looking for, if a student were to be preparing for upcoming exams.
