About S M SOHEL
S. M. Sohel Mahmud is a PhD scholar at School of Civil Engineering of the University of Queensland (UQ), Queensland, Australia. He graduated with a Degree of B. Sc Eng. (Civil) from the Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) in 2004 and M. Sc. Engineering (Transportation) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2009. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Accident Research Institute (ARI) of BUET, Bangladesh. He authored more than 60 papers internationally and nationally in the field road safety and traffic engineering areas and attended many international and national seminars, workshops and conferences.

Classroom teaching with multimedia is the best choice of teaching. Moreover, I also prefer face to face and problem-oriented discussion method and I found it is very effective and efficient teaching and learning method. Demand and capacity of a student need to be matched. Adjusting capacity of a student with the demand is the major responsibility of a teacher.
