I'm Gabriel, a 20-year-old boy who already has more than 5 years of experience in the fitness world.

The method applied is based on the needs of the student, from there we set objectives to meet. For bodybuilding we will use weights that generate a medium-high intensity, in this way we generate greater growth in the muscle, the exercise would be divided into series and the series into repetitions, in the case of calisthenics we use our own weight, so in This we will do a circuit training each part of our body.
