About Megan
I am a qualified 350hour Yoga Teacher (Graduate of Fremantle Yoga Centre) with a passion for both physical and mental health.
I have practiced Yoga for the last 10 years, and have really felt the positive impact toward myself, and my outlook toward the world. I just love the way Yoga creates a union between the body, heart and mind; and am eager to share this with you!

- Vinyassa flow: sequenced postures moving with the breath, and rhythm of the body.
- Restorative + relaxation: slower paced, longer stretch holds.
