About Donghwan

I've trained Muay Thai for 10 years with a record of 30 professional fights all around Asia against fighters from all over the world. While fighting, I've been teaching Muay Thai and Boxing for a total of 7 years. In my latest job, I'm a Trainer at Fight gym at Brookvale, teaching both group classes and personal training. ‍Train with Muay Thai World Champ | All Levels | Clean & Sanitized Equipment Hi, I'm Kim. I provide Muay Thai Personal Training, Martial Arts originated from Thailand. This class is for people looking for Muay Thai, Boxing or Kickboxing Personal Training. All levels are welcome! The session lasts 1 hour. I have all the equipment for the training such as kicking and belly pad and shin guards. So all you have to bring is yourself and a pair of gloves. This training is ideal for whoever wants to get toned up, improve cardio, self-defense skills and techniques. The intensity of the training is between moderate and high, it will be based on your preference. I guarantee you that you will get the result! I’m a passionate, dedicated and responsible instructor. I love spending time with clients, helping them understand what they are doing and how they can improve their technique and I am never tired to provide additional explanations or details. PT Pricing Structure 30 mins 1:1 = $50 (10 pack $400) 45 mins 1:1 = $80 (10 pack $700) 2:1 = $120 (10 pack $1100) 60 mins 1:1 = $90 (10 pack $800) 2:1 = $130 (10 pack $1200) 3:1 = $160 (10 pack $1500)
