I base my teaching on community language situations. I use Japanese, and Chinese for the following: explaining grammar, and difficult vocabulary. Also, setting the aims of an activity. I try to vary the lesson as much as possible. For activities I look at Dave'seslcafe, and other websites.
I have many degrees, including a masters in linguistics. I love Asia; especially China and Japan. I have taught English in many institutions, including Guanxi Polytechnic. I also know some business. I am fluent in Japanese; especially reading. My Chinese is also good
