About Zee
I am a Registered Music Therapist and Piano Instructor with 12 years of teaching experience. Proficient in synthesizer, keyboard, and piano, I have previously served as a backup artist in my country and led my own band touring across Asia.

I am skilled in playing various styles on the piano, including pop, rock, basic jazz, and classical.
With a BA in music education, I am also equipped to teach music theory.
I do not strictly adhere to reading notes; I emphasize playing by ear, and have successfully guided many students to develop this skill.

I've tailored my methodology to cater to individual developmental needs. Rather than adhering strictly to one piano book, I select from a range of renowned methods such as Alfred, Hal Leonard, Japanese approaches, Gorin, and Bastien.
Drawing from my experience as a therapist working with children with disabilities, including ADHD and ASD, I bring patience, passion, and adaptability to my teaching. Over my 12 years of teaching experience,
I've fostered an engaging and inspirational environment where students not only learn piano but also develop a love for music. Also 100% pass rate and numerous A grades in AMEB exams.
