About Asher
I am a musician from a musical family with parents who had previously been professional musicians. I have been giving guitar lessons since early 2018 and have been educating and tutoring friends since high school (which I finished in 2014). I studied at Deakin University for two years, studying Music at Box Hill TAFE, and am now studying ACU. I have done placements at high schools and primary schools, both times helping the music program in some way or another. I am studying to become a Music and History Teacher in Secondary Schools.

I have always believed that finding the students best learning method is the best teaching method. So, I would start the tutoring using base lessons to figure out what their knowledge on the subject is and how they respond to certain teaching styles. I would then cater to the needs of the student(s). As I am studying to become a Music Teacher, I would prefer to tutor High School students, all the way from year 7-12, but would be more than willing to help students from Primary School as well.
