About Alex
My name is Alex, and I come from Cairns in FNQ. I have been playing cornet and trumpet for over a decade, and had the privilege of learning under world-class musicians Maureen Cameron and Brian Hurdley for my high school musical education.
I now have moved to Brisbane to study music and education, with the goal of becoming a music teacher.

My approach to tutoring involves focusing on the fundamentals and techniques, and in providing useful feedback to students on repertoire they are working on.
I have an AMEB grade 8 for Trumpet, and am currently studying a Bachelor's of Music with Honors at UQ.
