About Anders
I'm a post-graduate student working through the DPM at UWA. I've enjoyed piano and classical music for over 15 years, performing at various concerts, competitions and exams. Music theory was also a requirement all throughout my musical career inside and outside of school through WACE and AMEB respectively. As such, I am experienced in the requirements and expectations of each course, in addition to having undertaken a year of musical harmony at UWA's Conservatorium of music as an elective. Some of my greatest musical achievements include, but are not limited to: -Achieving the AmusA diploma in 2019 -Passing the LmusA practical exam in 2024 -Achieving the WACE Certificate of Excellence in Western Art Music with a 100% grade in its practical component (92% overall). -Music scholarship to Trinity College -CPAF shield and scholarship recipient

I've been a tutor for over 2 years with 15 years of piano experience. I believe that music is one of the greatest way of connecting with others and themselves. Hence, my lessons aim to nurture students' enjoyment for music, and learning it, by being fun and interesting while still prioritising the students' goals.
I am more than comfortable taking on anyone in grade 1-5 music theory of any age. Lessons would take place face to face, at my home or the students' and are typically 1 hour in length.
