About Aparna
Anyone can join this therapy. There is no need to understand or learn any music or instrument. In today's world, we all are busy with lots of work, and most of the time we spend on screen time.
Our brains are not taking a rest and for that reason, we are facing a lot of problems. It does not affect not only our bodies but also our relationships too. Music rejuvenates our mind, brain, and also our body. It's not a medicine but it works as a meditation.

After every session, they can do the practice for a week up to the next session. Age group (5 to 8 )years
As per their need, I will give support according to the case study.
