About Naomi
I trained as a ballet dancer during my childhood.
I then studied a degree at a specialist institute for the arts in Barcelona.
During my time studying I discovered my love for Music.
I enjoyed writing songs and playing guitar live but so much anxiety was holding me back.
I then went through a process of discovering various meditation methods, CBT methods and personal life coaching to allow me to follow my dreams.
I am now working and traveling successfully as a musician.
I now possess multiple skills to become more confident, more creative and embrace your authentic self.
I have experience teaching Dance, yoga and meditation in group and individual settings.
I also have experience counselling and teaching as a volunteer working with refugees.

I like to talk to you and see why you'd like my help. What you enjoy and what you think is holding your back.
I will then begin to work with you on different exercises focussed on your goals. This could include breathe and yoga practise, writing or visualisation.
