About Ethan
My name is Ethan Mouzon, a 21 year old entrepreneur that started my online fitness business about four months ago. Prior to this I have been using my body as a science experiment for four years, seeing what training and diets work for my body and what does not. Through going through every phase I could in my body recomposition I found the remedy.... and started my journey on helping others after. Since then Ive helped over 20+ clients reshape their body and counting. And thats through online, In person I've helped over 15 people receive the results they were looking for in less than 3 months.

My training includes a workout plan catered to your personal goals and level of expertise. I also specialize in meal plans which is the important part of training that is overlooked, form correction and helping you prioritize your health. I do this through an app I run where I generate step by step workout and meal plans for clients to follow, keep them accountable, and ensure we get the results they want. My in person training is ran through my home gym where I do private sessions, and put my clients through personalized routines to ensure good form and helping them build healthy, functional workout habits so they take that with them.
