I am currently in my last year of physical therapy school. While I love working in the field of physical therapy I have always had a passion for fitness. Beginning to coach in addition to physical therapy training has been something that has given me a great deal of joy and is something I hope to continue to do as I start my career.

I offer fitness coaching that can be specifically designed to fit your needs and goals. I will be sure to get to know you and tailor a program that is fit to meet your personal goals. I have worked with clients whose goals have included weight loss, muscle strengthening, rehab following stroke, etc. I have also had a number of clients who have received coaching following giving birth to strengthen their core. I can offer coaching virtually either by supplying programs with monthly video meetings to check in/adjust programs, or I can offer biweeklyvirtual training sessions. The choice is totally dependent on you!!
